Barbells for Boobs:

Our top priority this month is raising awareness about breast cancer and helping to end this horrible disease.  Strong Figure is teaming up with CrossFit Harrisonburg in a Barbells for Boobs event.  The festivities will begin at 10am on Saturday, October 19.  For more information click here.

More in October:

Speaking of awesome events, our friends in Kentucky are having a CrossFit event on October 11.  If you are in KY and you are curious about CrossFit, check them out.  More details here.

And October 12 is the Civilian Military Combine race at Bryce Resort in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.  Strong Figure will be well represented — I think a Strong Figure team won the female team division last year.  Can they repeat?
